Patio Packages
Patio designs are a great way to bring life to your backyard. They provide a place to relax and entertain guests, while adding aesthetic value to your outdoor space. Patio designs come in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be customized to fit your specific needs. Options include brick and stone, concrete, as well as more creative designs like flagstone pathways and pergolas. With a little creativity and some professional help, you can create the perfect patio for your backyard.
Base Package
Our base package consists of a small patio with the option for a walkway to be included if necessary. Depending on your preferences, the patio and walkway can be made out of concrete, pavers, or decorative gravel. Once the hardscaping is completed, we will regrade and add mulch beds or mushroom soil if requested for optimum plant growth.
Average Package
Our average package consists of a patio built from concrete, pavers, bluestone or flagstone that can be customized to fit your needs. This includes a fire pit, which can be moved or be built in to the patio, a walkway, path/spot/ and string lights for evening ambiance. The opportunity for a water feature will also be available for an additional cost depending on the size. We also provide landscaping to complete the outdoor living space and give you the perfect place to relax and entertain.
Upscale Package
Our upscale package includes everything you need to make your outdoor living space dreams come true. Our package will include a deck off of the house with stairs leading to a patio made from any material, enough room for a fire pit, dining, gas grill, built in walls and pillars, lighting, and stone steps. We also work around in-ground pools to provide an area to enjoy nice summer days in the water. Boulders are also available to add value and functionality to the landscape. This package also offers the option for a pavilion or gazebo to be installed, if desired.

DECKING PACKAGES
Decking refers to the construction of a raised outdoor platform, typically attached to a house, designed for various recreational activities, dining, and relaxation. Decks are often made of wood, composite materials, or other weather-resistant materials, providing an extension of living space into the outdoors.

This option depends on a few different factors including the number of steps that are necessary from point A to point B, if a landing is important in the design, if a foundation is needed to support the staircase, and if the township code requires a railing. The style of stairs can be made from different brands of materials which will affect the overall time of construction and price.
A typical deck can be roughly 15 feet x 15 feet. All of our decks are installed on 3 foot deep foundation footers and deck framing beams and joists will have protective tape to prolong the life of the wood. Depending on the style of decking and per client request, we can use wood or composite to complete the deck. The step height and depth can also be adjusted to provide comfort and accessibility for all.
A large deck fits into a category over 15 feet long. It can be designed to have footers that will support the weight of overhead structures such as pergolas and pavilion roofs along with fireplaces. Steps will be included to meet elevations for ease of access throughout the landscape. If required, a railing will be installed for safety and also function as a drink rail. All decks will have fabric and rock bases underneath for drainage. The bottom of the decks and steps will be wrapped with facia to protect animals from living under the deck and possibly compromising the structure of the deck.

WATER FEATURE PACKAGES

SMALL WATER FEATURE
This water feature will include a rock or object which allows water to flow out of it into gravel. This will provide the sound needed to block outside noise and create a peaceful environment.
COMMON WATER FEATURE
This water feature will have a spillway and a small stream through rocks and crevasses meandering down a path leading your eye through the landscape. This stream can vanish into the rocks or a pond can be its final destination surrounded by plants and shrubs to finish it off.
UPSCALE WATER FEATURE
This water feature will have all the bells and whistles included and will compliment any living space that it flows near. It will have dead branches, plants, grasses, trees, pebbles and all sorts of rocks and boulders. Lighting package is also included.

For paving stones, we blow out old joints and sweep in new polymeric sand to allow for better rainwater drainage and to strengthen the stone work. Drainage / Sod / Fencing
